ATutor is the first fully inclusive LCMS, complying with the W3C WCAG 1.0 accessibility specifications at the AA+ level, allowing access to all potential learners, instructors, and administrators, including those with disabilities who may be accessing the system using assistive technologies. Conformance with W3C XHTML 1.0 specifications ensures that ATutor is presented consistently in any standards compliant technology.
ATutor has also adopted the IMS/SCORM Content Packaging specifications, allowing content developers to create reusable content that can be swapped between different e-learning systems. Content created in other IMS or SCORM comformant systems can be imported into ATutor, and visa versa. ATutor also includes a SCORM 1.2 Runtime Environment (LMS RTE3) for playing and managing SCORM based Sharable Content Objects (SCOs).

I must say I was excited at the reviews but struggling with the script. I installed the script easily but i will be damned if I can do simple things like file manager, uploading files etc everthing else is fantastic.
Moodle was intuitive with this area. I do like the overal design. on Atutor and it is light weight which is what I need. I still can't successfuly post a class.

compared to moodle it has got better features and allows for more interactivity on part of the learner.

4- Getting used to the environment, very user-friendly..
5- I think as the community will grow you will see more options.

Moodle is in the Slovak Republic it is most commonly used. But my favorite is ATutor. It is very good and simple for used L(C)MS.

A+ - Very Good script . I am using that now at http://opensolarisproject.com. Very sastisfied , in some area it crossed moodle (http://moodle.org) also.
