• Visually attractive: We didn't want to build another eLearning tool. We aim at building the most beautiful eLearning tool.
• Technologically advanced: eFront is an Ajax enabled, Unicode, LDAP and SCORM supporting, multilingual eLearning platform.
• Pedagogical concepts: Integrated to eFront are sound pedagogical concepts that guide users and keep them motivated.
• Open Source: eFront is offered as an open source software. Download it for free, customize it to your needs, add new functionalites and share them with the community. Although distributed as free software, eFront is being supported by a professional team of highly skilled developers. We also offer paid services and an Enterprise version that is better suited for company usage.
• Complete: eFront includes a wide variety of components that help you create your lesson structure and add content, build online-tests, communicate with others, track users history and progress, conduct surveys, assign projects, and create certifications. And this list just scratches the surface of the system.

Hi All,
I have used E-front and MOODLE I find efront is way easier and user-friendly than MOODLE. Very simple attractive and easily understandable but due to some circumstances(functions like:groups and groupings and meta-course) I left with no choice but to use MOODLE. In future versions if some more functionality added I will be back
Thanks for the Great PROJECT!!!

I absolutely admire the extremely hard work that has gone into eFront visual interface, but in my opinion, it gets in the way of doing what the core system is trying to do.
Its just a preference of course, but I am inclined to suspect that the cluttered interface of Yahoo, vs. the simple interface of google is an instructive lesson for the eFront team. Simplicity is its own value.

I've tried Claroline, Moodle, Dokeos, and just recently eFront. I haven't had any major problems so far. I would want a simple LMS that is visually appealing. Only eFront was able to provide that.

I am using Dokeos so far. Dokeos is a good system but the Forum is rats. When you need help nearly never nobody will answer. There are Problem already ignored for years.
This way I came to Efront. It is an already excellent system with a great potential an a very helpfull however still small community.

Very useful system. I found it to be easy to use and attractive. I have tried all LMS's on the open-source area but not one come close to eFront. If you are looking for your new LMS this is a no brainer!
